We visited with Pam Wright at her beautiful home in Loveland. Lots of good conversation and catching up. I was introduced to a new type of peach — Palisades Peaches — which can give South Carolina peaches (I’m sorry to say) a run for their money. At dinner I had a grilled pork chop with palisade peach compote and the next morning Pam sliced peaches for breakfast. Yum! The view of sunset on the way home from dinner was even better.
